Who’s it for?
This one-day qualification is intended for candidates working in or preparing to work in any industry that involves the retail sale of alcohol. It is a prerequisite for anyone who wishes to hold a personal licence. There are no prerequisites for this qualification other than to be 18 years of age, but it is advised that candidates have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent. Arrangements are in place for special needs.

There is a one-hour 40-question multiple-choice test at the end of the course and you need 28 out of 40 to pass. Following the course you will be sent a Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders certificate.
